What you will do

• Define and deploy the industrial strategy for the DES product portfolio in alignment with corporate objectives.
• Establish manufacturing footprint, sourcing diversification, and capacity strategies to ensure supply resilience.
• Execute New Product Introduction (NPI), safe launch, production ramp-up, and product transfers.
• Lead industrial portfolio governance in partnership with Product Marketing, R&D, Quality, and Supply Chain.
• Manage and develop a multicultural and geographically distributed organization of Industrialization Program Managers.
• Drive continuous improvement and cost optimization across the value chain.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in the semiconductor industry.
• Strong background in Product Engineering, Test Engineering, Manufacturing Operations, Industrialization, or Program Management.
• Proven success leading large-scale industrialization programs and managing international cross-functional teams.
• Deep understanding of semiconductor Front-End and Back-End manufacturing processes.
• Master's Degree or PhD in Electronics, Microelectronics, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• Knowledge of automotive standards such as IATF 16949 and AEC-Q100.
