What you will do

• Edit founder-recorded TikTok videos into engaging short-form content for TikTok and Instagram Reels.
• Create visually appealing Instagram carousels and static graphics using Canva.
• Design and build automated email campaigns and customer journeys, including welcome series and abandoned cart flows.
• Develop, schedule, and maintain the monthly social media content calendar.
• Draft, format, and publish blog content within Shopify, including image optimization.
• Research industry trends and provide suggestions to improve marketing assets.

Requirements

• Must be based in South Africa or the Philippines.
• Excellent written English proficiency.
• Previous experience in digital marketing, content marketing, or social media management.
• Proficiency with Canva, Shopify, and email marketing platforms like Klaviyo.
• Ability to work independently and manage 20 hours per week.

Nice to have

• Experience with consumer brands in wellness, health, or lifestyle sectors.
• Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude.
• Basic understanding of SEO and blog publishing.
• Experience working in an early-stage startup environment.
