AI Marketing Specialist (AI/Industrial Marketing): Driving B2B demand generation across SEO, SEM, paid media, email nurture, social content, and web publishing with an accent on AI-assisted content production and full-funnel performance tracking. Focus on optimizing acquisition campaigns, building lifecycle sequences, producing engineering-focused content, and supporting trade shows and event campaigns.

What you will do
- Manage SEO, SEM, paid media targeting, ad copy, audience segmentation, bidding, and spend allocation.
- Build email nurture sequences and lifecycle campaigns to convert and accelerate leads.
- Track full-funnel performance, attribution, and pipeline reporting.
- Produce social media content, including posts, carousels, and video clips from engineering footage.
- Create and maintain blogs, landing pages, case studies, and WordPress site content.
- Support trade shows and events through collateral, booth content, and pre- and post-event campaigns.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of B2B marketing experience across content production and demand generation.
- Hands-on experience with Claude, Gemini, NotebookLM, or comparable AI platforms for content generation and workflow automation.
- Practical SEO and SEM experience, including keyword research, on-page optimization, ad copy, bid management, and performance reporting.
- Experience with marketing automation and email sequencing platforms.
- Proficiency with Canva or an equivalent design tool, plus WordPress and page builders; Elementor is preferred.
- Strong technical writing ability for engineer-facing audiences.
Nice to have
- Experience with image and video generation tools such as Midjourney and Adobe Firefly.
- Manufacturing, industrial, or engineering buyer marketing experience.
- Video editing experience with Opus Clip, CapCut, Descript, or similar tools.
- HubSpot or similar CRM familiarity and account-based marketing experience.
- API management, tool integration, startup, or scale-up experience.
