What you will do

• Support account teams with client needs, meeting materials, reports, and documentation.
• Coordinate digital project fulfillment across creative, data, technology, media, social, SEO, marketing science, and direct mail teams.
• Track project timelines, deliverables, milestones, documentation, and status updates.
• Support email, paid search, paid social, programmatic, conversion rate optimization, and texting programs.
• Compile performance data, identify trends and anomalies, and contribute observations and recommendations.
• Assist with strategy documents, budget trackers, and projection models.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, nonprofit management, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing, account coordination, or a related discipline, including internships.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Familiarity with email, paid media, and social media channels.
• Eagerness to learn in a fast-paced, client-service environment.
• Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
