Senior Content Marketing Manager (AI)

Location: Must be based in the SF Bay Area or willing to relocate to the United States; hybrid work with on-site attendance at the South Bay office a few days a week.

US base salary: $150,000–$210,000 per year, plus equity and benefits.

What you will do

• Ghostwrite thought leadership content for founders and technical leaders across LinkedIn, X, and long-form formats.
• Develop an editorial point of view by extracting publishable ideas from research and engineering discussions.
• Own LinkedIn, X, YouTube, Reddit, Discord, Hacker News, and other technical community channels.
• Repurpose launches, benchmarks, press coverage, and product demos into posts, threads, clips, and other formats.
• Build AI-assisted content workflows, templates, and production systems that support consistent publishing.
• Track audience quality, engagement from relevant accounts, and converting traffic while maintaining editorial standards.

Requirements

• 4–7 years of experience in content marketing, ideally for developer or technical audiences.
• Exceptional writing ability across founder, engineer, and brand voices.
• Demonstrated success growing LinkedIn and X audiences with measurable results.
• Fluency with AI tooling as a content production system and power-user experience with Claude Code or an equivalent.
• Experience interviewing researchers and engineers and turning technical ideas into readable content.
• Must be based in the SF Bay Area or willing to relocate, with regular on-site work in the South Bay office.
