What you will do

• Coordinate sourcing requests from intake through launch, ensuring 24-hour preparation standards.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to clarify requirements, track dependencies, and resolve blockers.
• Maintain accurate operational trackers, documentation, decision logs, and process guidance.
• Monitor screening readiness, capacity, and funnel performance to identify operational risks.
• Perform data quality checks and investigate discrepancies to maintain reliable reporting.
• Contribute to process improvements and new screening initiatives to increase efficiency and scalability.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree.
• 2-4+ years of experience in operations, talent operations, project coordination, or program management.
• Strong analytical skills and advanced proficiency with spreadsheets.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Must be based in Central America or South America.
• No visa sponsorship or assistance provided.

• Experience with dashboards, workflow automation, or low-code/no-code tools.
