What you will do

• Manage the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, and employment changes.
• Maintain HRIS systems, user permissions, and accurate employee documentation.
• Collaborate with Finance on payroll, insurance, and benefits administration.
• Support the implementation of global HR processes while adapting them to local needs.
• Generate HR reports and analyze data to identify process improvements and automation opportunities.
• Liaise with external vendors and insurance providers to ensure seamless service delivery.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in HR Operations or People Operations within a tech company.
• Proven experience working with HRIS systems.
• Strong proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets with excellent data analysis and reporting skills.
• High level of English proficiency required.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a high sense of ownership.
