What you will do
- Lead and mentor a high-performing product management group through the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch.
- Define and own the product roadmap for Cortex XDR, ensuring alignment with broader strategy and Go-To-Market (GTM) motions.
- Prioritize features and make critical trade-offs to deliver a world-class endpoint security platform.
- Collaborate with engineering, UX/UI design, marketing, and sales teams to execute seamless product launches.
- Engage directly with key customers and partners to translate pain points into market-ready solutions.
- Establish KPIs and track product performance to drive operational rigor across the portfolio.
Requirements
- 8+ years of product management experience in cybersecurity or enterprise-grade cloud solutions.
- 5+ years of experience leading high-performance PM teams.
- Deep understanding of endpoint security, cloud workloads, and threat detection methodologies.
- BS/MS in Computer Science, another engineering/technical degree, MBA, or equivalent military experience.
- High proficiency in both English and Hebrew is required.
- Must be based in Tel Aviv, Israel; immigration sponsorship is not available for this role.
