What you will do

• Lead and mentor a team of Product Managers focused on high-impact enterprise AI solutions.
• Collaborate directly with customers to identify high-ROI use cases and define success metrics.
• Navigate high ambiguity to shape opportunities and drive products from concept to production.
• Make critical product trade-off decisions regarding speed, stability, and scope.
• Identify patterns across customer engagements to drive productization and reuse with the Platform team.
• Set priorities across multiple parallel enterprise engagements.

Requirements

• 7+ years of product management experience in high-growth or complex environments.
• 2+ years of experience leading Product Managers.
• Proven track record of driving products from concept to real-world impact.
• Ability to operate in high ambiguity and define problems where requirements are not predefined.
• Strong cross-functional leadership skills working with engineering, AI, and GTM teams.
• Experience working with enterprise customers and navigating competing constraints.
