What you will do

• Define and execute the Workforce Planning roadmap to support global markets and strategic HR vision.
• Lead the full product lifecycle from discovery and user research to design, launch, and iteration.
• Analyze market trends and user needs to inform feature prioritization and strategic decisions.
• Collaborate with R&D, Marketing, Customer Success, Legal, and Security to deliver high-quality experiences.
• Monitor product performance using data to improve adoption, customer value, and retention.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as a Product Manager in B2B SaaS environments.
• Strong analytical skills for defining KPIs and driving data-informed prioritization.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams (R&D, Design, GTM) in fast-paced environments.
• Full professional proficiency in Hebrew and English is required.
• Must be based in Israel for a hybrid work arrangement.
