What you will do

• Own the end-to-end builder experience, identifying user pain points and shipping intuitive automation flows.
• Partner with Design to transform complex requirements into clear, usable product interfaces.
• Drive the conversational AI product strategy as a core platform component.
• Define and measure quality metrics for AI experiences to ensure continuous improvement.
• Conduct customer research and deep-dives to translate feedback into actionable engineering requirements.
• Make critical trade-off decisions across experience, capability, and technical design.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience as a product manager on SaaS products, or 2+ years in PM following an engineering role.
• Strong product sense for UX/UI and ability to shape experiences based on user pain.
• Genuine interest in AI products, including understanding behavior, failure modes, and trust-building.
• Technical fluency sufficient to collaborate closely with engineering teams.
• Computer Science degree or equivalent technical background.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to drive cross-functional teams without direct authority.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI/LLM products or agent-based interfaces.
• Background in security, DevOps, or automation platforms.
• Experience evaluating product quality through metrics and experimentation.
• Strong history of partnering with Design on visual, interaction-rich products.
