What you will do

• Establish the long-term vision and strategy for the AI-powered analytical platform.
• Define comprehensive roadmaps and PRDs focused on optimizing analytical workflows and model interpretability.
• Lead and mentor a team of product managers to execute on product goals.
• Partner with R&D, business, and operations teams to ensure alignment between scientific priorities and business objectives.
• Evangelize the product internally and externally to drive adoption and value creation.

Requirements

• Proven experience in product management within AI or data-intensive domains.
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing product teams.
• Ability to bridge the gap between complex scientific/AI capabilities and business value.
• Must be based in or able to work from Ramat Gan, Israel (Hybrid).
• Excellent communication skills for stakeholder alignment and product advocacy.
