What you will do

• Lead strategic product initiatives and execute the company’s product roadmap for the airline industry.
• Own complex product domains end-to-end, from discovery and strategy through execution and delivery.
• Translate business goals and technical constraints into actionable PRDs, user stories, and feature specifications.
• Drive product discovery with enterprise customers to adapt the platform to specific needs while ensuring scalability.
• Partner with engineering, data science, and design teams to define product architecture and UX.
• Define success metrics, monitor performance, and iterate based on data and customer feedback.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager building and scaling complex B2B enterprise products.
• Strong technical and analytical capabilities to understand complex systems and workflows.
• Extensive experience writing detailed PRDs, user stories, and specifications for engineering teams.
• Demonstrated ability to drive product strategy and execution within an Agile environment.
• Experience managing enterprise customers, stakeholder management, and feedback-driven iteration.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.

Nice to have

• Experience in aviation, travel-tech, pricing systems, optimization platforms, or AI-driven products.
• MBA degree.
