What you will do

• Translate enterprise customer problems into structured solution plans via the hirify.global platform.
• Own end-to-end delivery of AI projects in collaboration with engineers and AI specialists.
• Develop detailed specifications and define prompt/context structures for solution logic.
• Prioritize requirements and manage tradeoffs between speed, stability, and scope.
• Identify and surface reusable product patterns to the Platform team.
• Act as the primary voice of the user for both operators and domain experts.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in product management or technical delivery roles.
• Proven track record of working closely with engineering teams on technical products.
• Experience managing complex projects with multiple dependencies.
• Strong systems thinking, attention to detail, and written communication.
• Fluent English (C1+) for excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments with evolving requirements.
