What you will do

  • Lead the marketing, origination, and execution of bulk annuity and de-risking opportunities.
  • Manage end-to-end production of high-quality deliverables for clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including investment, longevity, pricing, and legal workstreams.
  • Develop and maintain deep relationships with EBCs, trustees, and key industry stakeholders.
  • Identify and resolve potential transaction issues proactively to ensure successful deal delivery.
  • Mentor and energize talent within the Pension Risk Transfer team.

Requirements

  • Location: Must be based in London.
  • Proven experience in pension risk transfer transactions.
  • Strong commercial mindset with excellent project and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple strict deadlines and complex deal execution activities.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to capture and address client needs.
  • Qualified Actuary or CFA designation is highly preferred.
