Sr. Product Manager (CDP)

Location: Remote Germany

Base salary: €84,000–€105,000 annually, with potential performance-based bonus and equity options.

What you will do

• Own the strategic vision, roadmap, and end-to-end execution of complex enterprise products.
• Validate customer opportunities through user interviews, quantitative research, and market analysis.
• Use AI and modern product management tools to improve discovery, workflows, and product experiences.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Research, Design, Sales, Customer Success, and Product Marketing.
• Prioritize backlogs and partner with engineering teams to continuously ship value in an agile CI/CD environment.
• Support product adoption through go-to-market strategies, enablement, webinars, demos, and documentation.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience building SaaS products as a Product Manager, with success driving customer adoption and retention.
• Experience delivering martech products or solutions in marketing, eCommerce, retail, travel, digital media, healthcare, or financial services.
• Experience building complex features with extensive upstream and downstream dependencies.
• Experience writing product specifications and user stories and prioritizing competing initiatives.
• Strong communication, strategic thinking, accountability, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Fluent English required; fluent Russian is a plus.
