Principal Product Manager (Strategic Account Interactions) - Security Solutions

Location: Switzerland; remote-first with up to 50% travel for strategic account engagements.

What you will do

• Own and operate the enhancement request pipeline across multiple strategic enterprise accounts.
• Translate customer pain points into shipped products and coherent product direction across product areas.
• Identify cross-account patterns, shape design partnerships, and feed validated needs into core product roadmaps.
• Act as the primary product voice with CISO, CTO, and VP-level security stakeholders, including roadmap updates and deprioritization decisions.
• Prioritize requirements using RICE, weighted scoring, opportunity sizing, data, and structured judgment.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Sales, Customer Success, and Legal on requirements, deal cycles, RFPs, security questionnaires, and roadmap presentations.

Requirements

• 7–10 years of product management experience, including at least 4 years in B2B enterprise software and ownership of products with meaningful revenue impact.
• Hands-on knowledge of SIEM, SOAR, XDR, or broader security operations platforms, including detection engineering, log ingestion, correlation rules, threat hunting, and compliance use cases.
• Experience managing structured enhancement request pipelines across several enterprise accounts simultaneously.
• Executive presence with C-suite and VP-level stakeholders, combined with the ability to communicate with security analysts.
• Technical credibility, strong requirements-writing skills, and sufficient architectural understanding to assess feasibility and scope.
• Strong cross-functional leadership, structured prioritization, autonomous execution, and clear written and verbal communication.

Nice to have

• Experience with hyperscalers, MSSPs, or the public sector.
• Previous experience as a SOC analyst, incident responder, detection engineer, or security architect.
