Implementation Consultant (School Management Software)

Location: Hybrid role based in Sydney, New South Wales, Australia; full work rights in Australia required.

Salary: A$115,000–A$125,000 base salary per year plus superannuation.

What you will do

• Consult with schools and other clients to deliver successful implementations of Sentral products and services.
• Gather requirements, conduct discovery sessions, configure systems, and design tailored solutions.
• Coordinate onboarding activities including data migration, supplementary application integrations, user acceptance testing, and go-live readiness.
• Collaborate with technical stakeholders to customise and integrate software based on client requirements.
• Provide user training, documentation, troubleshooting, post-implementation support, and guidance on best practices.
• Conduct functional, regression, performance, and other quality assurance testing.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a technical implementation role.
• Consultancy experience within a vendor environment and a strong understanding of business processes and workflows.
• Strong consultation, negotiation, communication, organisation, multitasking, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work autonomously with accountability and build rapport with stakeholders.
• Full work rights in Australia.
• Ability to obtain a Working with Children Check and an Australian Federal Police Check.

• Education or technical background.
• Knowledge of project management concepts, frameworks, and principles.
• Strong customer-focused approach and professional presentation.
