What you will do

• Consolidate, validate, and report P&L performance, including detailed variance analysis and commentary.
• Lead monthly forecasting and annual planning processes in partnership with business leaders.
• Analyze financial and operational data to recommend actions via scenario analysis and supporting models.
• Integrate data from various systems and reporting tools to provide granular financial insights.
• Conduct ad-hoc analysis to support strategic business initiatives and special projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in Finance, specifically within FP&A and business partnership.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, Tableau, and ERP reporting.
• Strong data analytical skills with high attention to detail.
• Experience in the Technology or Telecommunications industry is preferred.
• Ability to work autonomously and influence cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
