Salary: CAD $140,000 – $180,000 (Canada) / USD $160,000 – $210,000 (USA)

What you will do

• Lead enterprise FP&A process design and mapping across planning, forecasting, and reporting cycles.
• Establish standardized process frameworks to improve consistency, scalability, and transparency.
• Drive process redesign initiatives to address inefficiencies and fragmented workflows.
• Define business requirements aligning FP&A processes with ERP systems and data technologies.
• Align data models with automation, predictive modeling, and AI initiatives.
• Deliver executive dashboards and standardized performance reporting across regions and business units.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in FP&A, business analytics, or finance transformation.
• Proven application of analytics, transformation, and technology enablement in finance.
• Proficiency with Anaplan, Power BI or Tableau, Snowflake, and Advanced Excel.
• Experience leading automation or digital finance initiatives.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to influence at the executive level.
• Global and cross-functional experience.
