What you will do

• Develop a Strategic Roadmap to strengthen global knowledge and learning on social and behaviour change (SBC) for preventing harmful practices.
• Conduct landscape analyses and stakeholder consultations to identify gaps and opportunities.
• Identify ways to enhance collaboration, knowledge sharing, and innovation across global and country programmes.
• Provide practical recommendations for advancing learning, partnerships, and technical excellence.
• Create high-quality knowledge products for international organizations.

Requirements

• Advanced university degree (Master’s) in Social and Behaviour Change, Social Sciences, Public Health, International Development, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in SBC, social norms, or knowledge management.
• Experience developing strategic frameworks, learning agendas, or knowledge management initiatives.
• Proven ability to synthesize large amounts of information into practical recommendations.
• Strong understanding of SBC approaches related to gender equality and child protection.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

Nice to have

• Experience working with hirify.global, UN agencies, governments, or international development organizations.
• Knowledge of learning, knowledge management, and community-of-practice models.
• Fluency in French.
