What you will do

• Partner with clients to translate business objectives into targeted research proposals and methodological solutions.
• Architect and execute the full lifecycle of complex research projects, including sampling, questionnaire design, and weighting.
• Analyze complex data and consumer behavior to create high-impact reports and presentations.
• Ensure flawless and timely delivery of all client assets by maintaining rigorous project timelines.
• Collaborate with business development teams to respond to prospective research briefs.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in the research and consultancy business.
• Mastery of research methodologies.
• English: B2 level required.
• Bulgarian: Native proficiency required.
• Location: Must be based in Sofia, Bulgaria.
• Exceptional presentation and client-facing communication skills.
