Location: Remote

What you will do

  • Manage inbound and outbound sales focused on the US market.
  • Build and maintain client relationships, serving as primary contact.
  • Drive revenue growth through consultative selling and account growth.
  • Conduct market research and manage sales pipeline using CRM tools.
  • Collaborate with project management, design, development, and marketing teams.
  • Provide regular sales performance reports to leadership.

Requirements

  • 3+ years experience in sales or account management, preferably in design or development.
  • Proven experience with US market clients.
  • Strong knowledge of UI/UX design, branding, and development processes.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Experience with CRM tools like Attio, HubSpot, or Salesforce.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting.
