What you will do
- Develop and execute an integrated Government Affairs & Market Access strategy based on economic and policy analysis.
- Represent the company in high-level policy dialogues and industry forums to enhance corporate influence.
- Monitor and influence regulations, reimbursement listing, and payment system reforms for medical devices.
- Manage strategic relationships with key government agencies (NMPA, NHC, NHSA), industry associations, and KOLs.
- Lead pricing, reimbursement, tender, and hospital access strategies to ensure commercial success.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, and Global GAMA teams to align local and global strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above in medicine, public health, public policy, or a related field.
- Minimum 20 years of experience in Government Affairs & Market Access within the healthcare sector.
- At least 10 years of experience in a leadership role.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese.
- Must be based in or able to work onsite in Beijing, China.
