What you will do
- Build and maintain a single source of truth for commercial data across sales, finance, and production.
- Own executive dashboards and scorecards to track pipeline health, revenue attainment, and margins.
- Consolidate weighted forecasts and provide executive views on target versus actual performance.
- Own CRM hygiene and data governance to ensure pipeline integrity.
- Streamline operational workflows including approvals, vendor payments, and invoice tracking.
- Act as the bridge between Commercial, Finance, Product, and Production teams.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Revenue, Sales, or Commercial Operations.
- Must be eligible to work in Hong Kong.
- Fluent English proficiency.
- Strong data literacy and experience with BI tools like Looker, Power BI, or Tableau.
- Proven ability to translate commercial requirements into technical specifications.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with experience working alongside senior leadership.
Nice to have
- Experience in media, publishing, digital commerce, or creative agency environments.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted tooling for reporting and workflow automation.
- Experience supporting global commercial functions across multiple time zones.
