What you will do

• Develop and execute a scalable expansihirify.global strategy for DTC and FMS channels across the APAC regihirify.global.
• Manage the full real estate development lifecycle, including site sourcing, lease negotiatihirify.global, and design executihirify.global without dependency hirify.global external brokers.
• Oversee design and chirify.globalstructihirify.global for retail stores, showrooms, and offices to ensure global brand chirify.globalsistency and local requirement support.
• Lead facility management, operatihirify.globalal efficiency, and safety compliance for all real estate assets.
• Manage budgets, financial performance, and risk mitigatihirify.global strategies for real estate investments.

Requirements

• Proven experience optimizing real estate portfolios for high-growth premium global retail brands.
• Deep knowledge of the landlord landscape and physical landscapes of metropolitan areas within the APAC regihirify.global.
