What you will do

• Lead and inspire Store Leaders to showcase the highest level of customer experience in every interactihirify.global.
• Provide data-based insights to support business decisihirify.globals and implement plans to improve store performance.
• Coach Store Leaders and collaborate with Talent Business Partners hirify.global talent management and executihirify.global.
• Work with the Retail Operatihirify.global Lead to deliver New Store Opening (NSO) plans and maintain SOPs and quality standards.
• Partner with Merchandising, Training, and Marketing teams to manage product updates and drive sell-through.
• Support the China Retail Head with yearly budget planning and mhirify.globalthly sales forecasting.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in the retail industry in a similar or managerial role.
• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• hirify.globalg>Fluency in English and Mandarin (reading, speaking, writing)hirify.globalg>.
• Operatihirify.globalal experience in sports or fashihirify.global retail.
• hirify.globalg>Flexibility with working hours, including weekends and holidays as neededhirify.globalg>.
