What you will do

• Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of Dayforce HCM modules including Core HR, Payroll, Workforce Management, Benefits, and Recruiting.
• Translate complex business requirements into scalable Dayforce solutions aligned with strategic objectives.
• Manage end-to-end implementation projects, module rollouts, feature enablement, and production deployments.
• Design and oversee integrations between Dayforce and enterprise systems using APIs, SFTP, XML, and JSON.
• Develop and optimize advanced reports, dashboards, and analytics for workforce reporting and operational insights.
• Act as the primary functional advisor for Dayforce initiatives, mentoring junior consultants and leading stakeholder workshops.

Requirements

• 10+ years of overall HRIS/HCM experience with significant hands-on expertise in Ceridian Dayforce.
• Deep knowledge of Dayforce configuration, workflows, pay policies, scheduling, and security.
• Extensive experience with enterprise system integrations using APIs, SFTP, and XML/JSON.
• Proven track record of leading end-to-end HCM implementations, upgrades, and production support.
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid (3 days onsite) in London, UK.

Nice to have

• Dayforce certification(s).
• Experience with global or multi-country Dayforce implementations.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies.
• Experience with HRIS transformation and digital workforce initiatives.
