TL;DR
Senior Power Platform Developer (D365): Designing and developing enterprise solutions on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE, Dataverse, and the Power Platform with an accent on custom plugin development, API integration, and workflow automation. Focus on modernizing business processes, resolving complex integration issues, and ensuring scalable architecture within enterprise-scale environments.

What you will do
- Design and develop enterprise solutions using Dynamics 365 CE, Dataverse, and Power Platform.
- Deliver new application capabilities, workflow automation, and business process improvements.
- Develop and maintain custom plugins, integrations, and Power Platform components.
- Collaborate with architects and stakeholders on solution design and technical decisions.
- Provide technical expertise to resolve complex application and integration issues.
- Refactor and optimize existing components to reduce technical debt and improve performance.
Requirements
- Proven experience developing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform solutions.
- Strong hands-on experience with Dataverse, Model-Driven Apps, and Power Automate.
- Proficiency in C# for custom plugin development and Microsoft best practices.
- Experience with Azure DevOps and modern ALM practices.
- Must hold a valid PL-400 qualification.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Nice to have
- Exposure to Microsoft Azure integration technologies (Azure Data Factory, Logic Apps, Azure SQL).
- Experience working within complex, integrated Microsoft application estates.
- Experience in Managed Services or regulated environments.
