What you will do

• Support the development and oversight of the USCC control inventory and address control gaps.
• Contribute to risk assessment activities and shape sustainable processes and documentation.
• Provide analytical and project management support for corporate and business line strategic initiatives.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with retail product management, commercial banking, and other North American business partners.
• Analyze company data to identify initiatives that positively impact financial results.
• Provide proactive reporting and analysis to senior management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent progressive work experience.
• 3+ years of related experience.
• Must be based in Mount Laurel, New Jersey.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Proven ability to meet deadlines while managing multiple projects.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with USCC operations, regulatory compliance, and risk management.
• Experience in control writing, testing, and risk assessments.
• Ability to influence stakeholders outside of direct reporting lines.
