What you will do

• Lead strategic initiatives from concept through execution to drive business outcomes aligned with growth ambitions.
• Translate strategic priorities into actionable program plans, roadmaps, and deliverables.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and facilitate decision-making across stakeholders without direct reporting lines.
• Drive market expansion into new countries and customer segments, and establish new sales channels.
• Establish governance structures, monitor KPIs, and manage risks for complex initiatives.
• Oversee program financial performance, including budget utilization and business case realization.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree in Business, Management, or Engineering preferred.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in program management, strategy execution, or business operations.
• Proven track record leading complex cross-functional business programs in international environments.
• Fluent English proficiency (written and spoken) is required.
• Must be able to participate in onsite interviews in Berlin.

Nice to have

• Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or equivalent).
• Experience with AI or tech products.
• Proficiency in German.
