AI Product Manager

Location: Lisbon, Portugal; hybrid workplace. Based in Lisbon or ready to relocate to Lisbon, with regular business trips to Brazil.

hirify.global is an international e-commerce technology group developing hirify.globalAI, an AI operator for the full trade workflow, including discovery, sourcing, customs classification, listings, pricing, and advertising.

What you will do

• Own product discovery and delivery end to end, from user research through shipped features.
• Conduct Jobs to Be Done research with Brazilian e-commerce sellers.
• Launch agent-based services for listings, advertising, promotions, finance, reconciliation, and supply.
• Build prototypes independently with AI tools and a ready-made UI component library.
• Run product analytics and optimize retention and daily active usage.
• Travel to Brazil to meet customers and attend industry events.

Requirements

• Senior-level product management experience, preferably in e-commerce and B2B products.
• Daily use of AI tools, hands-on prototyping, and ownership beyond a narrow product scope.
• Hands-on experience conducting Jobs to Be Done interviews.
• Ability to move quickly from discussion to delivery as priorities change.
• Based in Lisbon or ready to relocate to Lisbon, with readiness for regular business trips to Brazil.
• Fluent English required.
