What you will do

• Serve as the primary administrator for banking applications, troubleshooting issues and maintaining configurations for optimal performance.
• Collaborate with business units to gather requirements, analyze processes, and recommend technology solutions or automation.
• Act as the primary liaison between business users, software vendors, and IT teams to coordinate upgrades and implementations.
• Maintain application security, user access controls, and system documentation to support audits and regulatory compliance.
• Monitor application health and support cybersecurity efforts, including vulnerability remediation.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in New Orleans, Louisiana
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in application support, systems administration, or business systems.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, Finance, or a related field preferred.
• Strong analytical skills for diagnosing application issues and identifying root causes.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and enterprise business systems.
• Experience with Fiserv, Salesforce, LaserPro, digital banking, or lending platforms preferred.
