What you will do

• Oversee investor transactions for private equity and hedge fund investment vehicles.
• Manage trade reporting, transaction processing, and coordinate investor trade settlements.
• Partner with fund administrators, transfer agents, and portfolio managers to deliver client services.
• Monitor vendor relationships, resolve operational issues, and handle servicing inquiries.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and increase operational efficiencies.
• Maintain investment product data and ensure high reporting accuracy.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment.
