Salary: $60,000–$80,000 annually

What you will do

• Monitor and investigate enterprise DLP alerts across email, endpoints, cloud applications, and web uploads.
• Administer Microsoft Purview DLP, including policy creation, tuning, testing, and exception management to reduce false positives.
• Partner with Legal, HR, and Compliance teams to handle incident response for data leakage and insider threats.
• Implement data classification, sensitivity labels, and information protection controls.
• Create reports and dashboards to track DLP incidents and policy effectiveness for audit purposes.

Requirements

• Work Authorization: Must be a U.S. Citizen or Green Card Holder.
• 2+ years of experience in Cybersecurity, Information Security, or DLP operations.
• Hands-on experience with DLP tools such as Microsoft Purview, Symantec, Forcepoint, or Proofpoint.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 environment (Entra ID, Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive).
• Knowledge of basic networking (HTTP/HTTPS, SMTP, DNS, VPN) and SIEM platforms like Microsoft Sentinel or Splunk.
• Bachelor's or Associate degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or equivalent experience.

Nice to have

• Experience with Microsoft Defender for Endpoint and Cloud Apps.
• Knowledge of Zero Trust Security and Insider Risk Management.
• PowerShell scripting skills.
• Certifications such as SC-900, SC-400, AZ-900, or Security+.
