What you will do

• Configure and maintain data discovery and classification policies across cloud, on-premises, and SaaS repositories.
• Monitor AI prompts and responses for sensitive content exposure and apply governance actions.
• Detect and classify sensitive content within AI-native development artifacts like GitHub Copilot instructions and prompt files.
• Maintain operational dashboards and compliance reports for governance reviews.
• Support vulnerability scanning for code, containers, and infrastructure-as-code templates.
• Coordinate with the program team to support deployment, testing, and remediation activities.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work from Alexandria, VA
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in cybersecurity, IT security operations, or DLP support.
• Working knowledge of data classification, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), and SIEM concepts.
• Familiarity with NIST SP 800-53, FISMA, and the Risk Management Framework (RMF).
• Must be able to obtain and maintain Public Trust security clearance.

Nice to have

• Prior experience supporting Federal contracts or agency IT security programs.
• Exposure to generative AI tools and prompt engineering practices.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum environments.
• Current CISSP certification.
