Senior AI Engineer

What you will do

• Design, develop, deploy, and optimize AI and machine learning models for automation, analytics, decision support, and product intelligence.
• Collaborate with product managers, software engineers, and data engineering teams to align AI initiatives with product and business goals.
• Research and prototype AI applications for the leave management domain.
• Implement MLOps practices covering model training, testing, deployment, monitoring, and reliability.
• Build and maintain clean, secure, and reliable data pipelines with data engineering teams.
• Apply ethical AI practices, including fairness, transparency, bias detection, documentation, and compliance with security and organizational controls.

Requirements

• 7+ years of software engineering experience, including 3+ years of AI/ML development.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Expertise in Python and machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
• Strong understanding of NLP, predictive modeling, and neural networks.
• Hands-on experience with MLOps tools, cloud-based AI platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP, and secure, reliable data pipelines.
• Strong analytical and communication skills, including the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions and collaborate with technical and non-technical teams.
• Commitment to ethical, transparent, and responsible AI practices.
