What you will do

• Develop and implement collection strategies to achieve organizational goals.
• Monitor aging accounts receivable and initiate follow-ups for timely payment.
• Lead and mentor the collection team to assess performance and address challenges.
• Collaborate with cross-functional departments to resolve customer disputes.
• Maintain documentation and prepare performance metrics reports.
• Ensure compliance with credit and collection laws and regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
• 5+ years of experience in a collections role with team management.
• Active Secret clearance required.
• U.S. citizenship and authorization to work in the U.S.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and CRM systems.
• Strong negotiation and analytical skills.
