TL;DR
Tier III Support Technician (M365): Providing advanced technical support and serving as an escalation point for complex end-user issues across Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android environments with an accent on secure access to Microsoft 365 and enterprise systems. Focus on developing PowerShell automation, Power BI reporting, and managing enterprise mobility through MDM platforms.
Location: Must be authorized to work in the United States; onsite hardware support required.

What you will do
- Provide advanced Tier III support for Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android devices.
- Administer Active Directory accounts, security groups, and permissions.
- Support Microsoft 365 apps, SharePoint, and Exchange Online.
- Manage mobile devices via MDM platforms such as JAMF, Intune, or Workspace ONE.
- Develop PowerShell scripts for automation and Power BI dashboards for reporting.
- Perform onsite hardware installation, configuration, and equipment replacement.
Requirements
- 5+ years of advanced technical support experience with Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android.
- 5+ years of experience administering Active Directory.
- 5+ years of experience supporting Microsoft 365 and ITSM systems (e.g., BMC Helix).
- 3+ years of experience with remote access software and VPN solutions.
- Advanced proficiency in PowerShell scripting and Power BI reporting.
- Ability to lift and transport equipment up to 50 pounds for onsite support.
Nice to have
- CompTIA certifications (A+, Network+, or Security+).
- Microsoft 365 or ITIL Foundation certification.
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience mentoring Tier I and Tier II support personnel.
