What you will do

• Manage day-to-day administration of cloud and on-premises infrastructure, including user access and account provisioning.
• Perform patch management, system health monitoring, and routine maintenance for servers and workstations.
• Resolve complex Tier 3 support requests escalated from Tier 1 and Tier 2 technicians.
• Maintain cloud-based DNS services and support connectivity between on-premises and cloud environments.
• Develop and maintain PowerShell automation for routine administrative tasks.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and standard operating procedures.

Requirements

• US Citizenship required
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support, help desk, or junior systems administration.
• Working knowledge of Active Directory, Windows Server, Windows desktop environments, and Microsoft 365.
• Understanding of networking fundamentals including DNS, DHCP, VPN, and Wi-Fi troubleshooting.
• Experience with ticketing systems and SLA-driven support processes.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have

• Associate degree in IT, Computer Science, or Cybersecurity.
• Experience with virtualization platforms like VMware ESXi or Hyper-V.
• Familiarity with configuration tools such as Microsoft Intune or Tanium.
• Scripting experience with PowerShell, Bash, Python, or AWS CLI.
• Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+, or ITIL Foundation.
