What you will do

• Review and approve advertisements and sales communications in accordance with NI 81-102 requirements.
• Monitor and review social media content across platforms including Reddit, Meta, and YouTube.
• Drive continuous improvement of compliance programs for Registered Plans, FATCA/CRS, and Transfer Agency.
• Update policies and procedures based on evolving regulatory changes and staff notices.
• Conduct and document compliance monitoring results for operational programs.
• Prepare materials for executive committees and provide subject matter expertise for cross-divisional projects.

Requirements

• Current work authorization for Canada is required.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in mutual fund manager or dealer roles, specifically in Compliance.
• Strong knowledge of National Instrument (NI) 81-102 and associated regulatory guidance.
• Post-secondary degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Nice to have

• Bilingualism in English and French.
• Experience in mutual fund operations.
• Enrollment in the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) or Canadian Investment Funds Course.
