What you will do

• Lead preconstruction and estimating strategy for utility-scale solar projects.
• Manage and develop a high-performing estimating organization.
• Collaborate with procurement, engineering, supply chain, and commercial operations to ensure proposal accuracy.
• Review complex proposals and negotiate commercial terms.
• Manage technical and commercial risk to ensure project profitability.
• Partner with executive leadership to drive business growth in the renewable energy market.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of leadership experience in estimating or preconstruction, preferably in utility-scale solar.
• Expertise in financial modeling, procurement, and contract negotiations.
• Ability to build client relationships and support business development efforts.
• Must be based in or able to work from Avon, MN.
• Willingness to travel as business needs require.
