What you will do

• Develop and own the comprehensive strategy for power supply agreements across the data center portfolio.
• Lead negotiations for tariffs, utility service agreements, and commercial terms with suppliers.
• Build and lead a team of engineers and analysts to support energy sourcing and procurement analysis.
• Partner with Legal and Finance to structure, finalize, and monitor the performance of commercial agreements.
• Evaluate market conditions and energy regulations to inform site selection and project constructability.
• Communicate supply risks, costs, and trade-offs to internal stakeholders and leadership.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Energy, Finance, or a related field.
• 8-12+ years of experience in power supply agreements, energy procurement, or utility commercial negotiations.
• Demonstrated success in negotiating complex commercial agreements and interpreting utility tariffs.
• Proven experience leading or mentoring a technical or analytical team.
• Strong ability to produce rate calculations and analyze overall power costs.

Nice to have

• Master's degree in Engineering, Energy, or a related field.
• Experience with data center or large industrial power supply agreements.
• Familiarity with renewable energy procurement and energy markets.
• Exposure to LCOE modeling and power economics.
