Capital Solutions Manager

Location: Austin or New York, United States; hybrid with two days per week in the office on Tuesdays and Thursdays

Salary: $130,000–$150,000 per year

What you will do

• Own the accuracy of the Capital OS application across asset classes and clients.
• Parse legal agreements and create reliable sources of truth for Engineering and Product.
• Manage operational processes for onboarding software clients.
• Coordinate implementation and development work with Engineering, Product, and Legal.
• Resolve client reporting discrepancies and disputes.
• Represent customer needs in internal product communications.

Requirements

• 4–7 years of experience in FP&A, asset-backed lending, or debt capital markets.
• 1–2 years of relevant capital markets experience, ideally involving borrowing base certificates or monthly servicer reporting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work through ambiguity and meet deadlines in high-pressure situations.
• Expert-level Excel skills.
• Ability to work in a hybrid role based in Austin or New York, with two office days per week.
