Compensation: $95,000 - $150,000

Overview

hirify.global is looking for a Capital Solutions Manager to join our fast-growing platform and partner with the executive team. You’ll drive the creation of tech solutions for lenders and borrowers in asset-backed credit, innovating the way credit is accessed and monitored, with opportunities for career development.

What you will do

• Own the accuracy of hirify.global’s Capital OS application across asset classes and clients.
• Parse legal agreements and create a source of truth for engineers and product managers.
• Manage operational processes to efficiently onboard software clients.
• Interact with clients to resolve reporting discrepancies and disputes.
• Represent the voice of the customer in internal product communications.

Requirements

• 4 - 7 years of FP&A, asset backed lending or debt capital market experience.
• Ability to deal with ambiguity and meet deadlines in high-pressure situations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Expert status in Excel.
