What you will do

• Oversee day-to-day facility operations including custodial, engineering, and general maintenance services.
• Manage vendor contracts, verify invoices, and ensure regular bidding processes are followed.
• Prepare and review annual budgets, quarterly reforecasts, and capital improvement plans.
• Respond promptly to tenant requests and ensure service level agreements are met.
• Maintain accurate site documentation including safety logs, compliance records, and as-built drawings.
• Hire, train, and motivate facility personnel while maintaining positive staff relations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, or related field required.
• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in commercial high-rise or campus property management.
• Strong financial management skills including budgeting, tracking, and forecasting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and building management systems.
• Ability to read and interpret construction specifications and blueprints.
• Must be authorized to work in the USA.

Nice to have

• Certified Facility Manager (CFM) or IFMA/BOMA industry certifications.
• Experience with Yardi or similar financial systems.
• Experience in critical system environments and cost-reduction initiatives.
• CMMS/Work Order Management experience.
