What you will do

• Build and maintain driver-based revenue models, workload P&Ls, and pricing models to anchor planning decisions.
• Manage monthly and quarterly forecast cycles, including plan vs. actual attribution and variance breakdowns.
• Translate product usage, customer behavior, and financial data into actionable insights for product partners.
• Conduct pricing and monetization analysis, including willingness-to-pay benchmarks and competitive research.
• Create financial models and analytical scaffolding for major product and go-to-market investment business cases.
• Develop automated dashboards, reports, and reusable model templates to streamline recurring analytical work.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in strategic finance, product finance, investment banking, or management consulting.
• Must be based in or able to work from Menlo Park, CA (Hybrid).
• Expert-level financial modeling skills, including P&L views, cohort/funnel analysis, and unit economics.
• SQL fluency for querying large product analytics datasets in a cloud data platform.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Ability to produce executive-quality narratives and communicate complex quantitative analysis to senior leadership.

Nice to have

• Hands-on product economics experience at a high-growth cloud, AI, or SaaS company.
• Familiarity with consumption-based and usage-based pricing models.
• Python proficiency for data analysis and experience with BI tools such as Tableau or Sigma.
• MBA or CFA designation (completed or in progress).
