What you will do

• Rack, label, cable, and configure new server, storage, and network infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues in advanced GPU and networking systems.
• Document and update data center layout and network topology using DCIM software.
• Coordinate with supply chain and manufacturing teams for timely system deployments.
• Manage parts inventory and track equipment through delivery and deployment processes.
• Collaborate with hardware support and RMA teams to resolve incidents and manage faulty parts.

Requirements

• Must be present 5 days per week at Elk Grove, IL data center with 24/7 shift coverage
• Experience with critical infrastructure systems: power distribution, airflow management, environmental monitoring, capacity planning, DCIM software, structured cabling.
• Familiarity with carrier DIA circuit testing, fiber troubleshooting, and cable optics.
• Solid understanding of single and three phase power theories and PDU balancing.
• Knowledge of cold aisle and hot aisle containment and server hardware boot processes.
• Ability to collaborate and improve complex maintenance procedures and align operational capabilities with business goals.
