What you will do

  • Perform routine, preventive, and scheduled maintenance on Cessna 208 aircraft avionics.
  • Troubleshoot and repair aircraft electrical and avionics circuits using specialized test equipment.
  • Install, program, and test avionics systems including glass cockpits, autopilots, and navigation equipment.
  • Read and interpret complex wiring diagrams and technical installation data (STC).
  • Ensure all maintenance activities meet strict safety and compliance requirements.
  • Travel off-site as needed to conduct maintenance and operational tasks.

Requirements

  • Must possess the legal right to work in the United States of America
  • 5+ years of General Aviation Avionics experience.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing aircraft electrical and avionics circuits.
  • Skilled in general fabrication, modification, and use of specialized crimping and extraction tools.
  • Ability to read and understand wiring diagrams and technical installation data.
  • Must own personal aircraft hand tools.
  • Subject to FAA/DOT drug and alcohol testing programs.

Nice to have

  • FAA-issued Airframe & Powerplant certificate, IA, or FCC Certificate.
  • Experience sufficient to obtain a Repairman’s Certificate (CAET, AET or similar).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
