What you will do

• Build and maintain fly-by-wire aircraft using specialized shop and calibrated tooling.
• Perform developmental, experimental, and production maintenance, modifications, and testing.
• Marshall, charge, and preflight aircraft to ensure maximum availability for daily flight test operations.
• Maintain detailed aircraft records in accordance with FAA regulations and company policies.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to provide feedback on design, repairability, and maintainability.
• Ensure all test equipment is calibrated and consumables are adequately stocked.

Requirements

• FAA Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) license required.
• 8+ years of experience in the aerospace industry and aircraft maintenance.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States (no visa sponsorship available).
• Hands-on experience with fly-by-wire aircraft and flight test instrumentation.
• Experience working with high voltage systems and aircraft configuration management.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Nice to have

• 10+ years of aviation experience.
• Prior experience with electric aircraft or eVTOL.
• Working knowledge of composite airframe repair.
• Familiarity with IPC 610/620 standards.
• Experience with CAD, NX, Confluence, and JIRA.
