What you will do

• Extract, transform, and visualize large datasets related to customer acquisition, retention, and content performance.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, automated reporting solutions, and analytical frameworks.
• Conduct exploratory data analysis to identify trends and business optimization opportunities.
• Apply statistical methods and data science techniques to forecast performance and understand customer behavior.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate product and marketing initiatives.
• Contribute to A/B testing analysis to measure the impact of new initiatives.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or completed a degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or Economics.
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with Python or R (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn).
• Fluent in both Spanish and English, written and spoken.
• Strong understanding of statistical concepts and interest in predictive modeling and machine learning.
• Ability to translate complex data into clear business insights for technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
